hihi guys,

i have some really GREAT news! im sure some of you have noticed already, but i figured out a way so everyone can watch the hi-quality streams ^_^ but it requires a little work on your side by installing a new Bittorrent client (its pretty easy and i know many of you already use it). cuz its p2p, it should be faster for you guys to stream and it will cut back on the bandwidth cost a lot! if you click on the high quality/h264 link, it'll take you to the download page to install if you don't have it yet! (edit: well, for some videos u dont need it..only the really popular videos)

for current star supporters, nothing will change - you won't need to use p2p

Hi Crunchyrollers!!

I have some exciting news! Recently, the anime company Gonzo/GDH (they've made some really awesome titles like Last Exile, Vandread, and Full Metal Panic!!) messaged me. The popularity of CR and our community has really impressed them. We've been trading ideas about what we can do together so everyone will benefit. I know there has been some fan frustration with the approach the anime industry has taken to the internet and fansubbing, but after talking a lot to GDH, I feel that they are definitely listening and doing their best to give fans what they want. With all of your help and support, I think we can convince a lot of ppl that CR is the perfect place to reach out to fans ^_^

I can't say what the plan will be yet cuz its still being finalized, but its going to be very new and cool~! Gonzo sent me a bunch of really cool gifts as well!! I took a few photos to share with you guys cuz its really making me excited!
